History
Established in 2005.
To create DJ’s Berkeley Café, entrepreneur brothers and Colorado natives Jason and Devin Stallings extensively renovated the building adjacent to the Berkeley Inn, which had previously been vacant. The history of the renovation can be found online at ww.djscafe.blogspot.com. Extensive renovations resulted in a warm, convivial dining experience filled with the character of the Berkeley neighborhood and the care and attention to detail that comes with a family-owned business.
«We wanted to offer freshly-made menu items and a comfortable place to get-together in the neighborhood,» says Jason Stallings, co-owner of DJ’s Berkeley Café. The Stallings brothers used their decades of restaurant experience and a passion for good food and coffee to create DJ’s Berkeley Café from the ground up. Devin Stallings, co-owner and chef of DJ’s Berkeley Café, designed a menu filled with diverse choices and delectable flavors.
