Discount Tire Store – Denver, CO

Eric, Joe, and Todd went well above-​and-​beyond yesterday to get me the best price for my new tires and wheels for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. This team has always been a pleasure to work with and I couldn’t be more pleased with how they value loyal customers. Many people do not believe that a large national chain like Discount Tire would care about their returning customers… but this is not true based on my past years of experience and 100% apparent based on my experience with yesterday. It says a lot when someone you have done business with will go to great lengths as they always do. I look forward to continuing my business with this team /​location and most definitely encourage others to do the same.

Very good experience purchasing tires from them. I ended up ordering a set of tires since my vehicle uses an uncommon size. Stopped back in when the tires were delivered and they must have had them installed within 25 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Prices were competitive with other stores.

Brought my car in after my back tire went completely flat on the highway and I must say, I have never has such a great experience at a Discount Tire before. Everything moved very quickly, Todd the assistant manager was extremely friendly, and they even showed me the hole in the tire from the inside when I came back to get my car. Todd went above and beyond to help me get the best rate for a new tire and gave advice on how to keep my tires in good shape so they will last. I can honestly say I will go out of my way to make sure to return to this specific Discount Tire and recommend it to my friends and family in the area. Nice work guys!

The day before Thanksgiving — everyone and their mother AND their mother’s friend Trudy are bringing in their cars for air checks, new tires and general tire assistance. Woe to the new car owner (me) who has a check tire light bright and blazing.
EXCEPT NO WOE.
The Discount Tire professionals not only assessed my tires, confirmed that, yes they could stand to be a bit more inflated, they puffed those babies up like marshmallows in a microwave
FOR FREE. Now in this day and age when the airlines would like to charge me for the oxygen I consume, I appreciate any freebie, especially one that comes with exceptional service.
You can bet your bottom dollar that when I do need to throw down some cash for new tires, I will be coming back to this Discount Tire.

Over the past three weeks, I’ve had two flat tires with two different vehicles (such is my luck!). Each time, I took the car to Discount Tire Store on E. Hampden Avenue in Denver. The service was fantastic and friendly both times. My first visit there led me to purchase a new spare tire. The service person was patient and honest. He did not try to sell me an expensive tire, but led me to a practical, inexpensive choice for a spare. The second visit to the store was just prior to a winter storm and the place was slammed with cars and customers. The manager assured me that they would repair the tire and have me on my way within an hour; he was true to his word. I stood at the bay windows watching these men work. They all appeared to be dedicated and focused. The best part… the manager did not charge me! Not a penny! I will continue using this Discount Tire Store and I hope you will also consider using their services!

I am pleasantly surprised again with discount. Always friendly service, got my car in right away with no appointment. Thought I’d have to drive back to monument for the same great service, but I’m so glad I can count on a chain for what I need! Thanks guys!

These guys offer great customer service. I have purchased several sets of tires there.
BUT…Last time I went in to get tires rotated they adjusted the tire pressure about 15# lower than it should have been. (This practice makes tires wear faster… hmmm) the pressure monitor on the dashboard picked it up. Also they left the caps off of the valve stems allowing the expensive monitors to get contaminated and then the need to replace them @ $ 150 each. Beware and inspect thier work.

I have nothing but praise for Discount Tire! I had a flat tire in Denver and was afraid to drive home to Colorado Springs on a donut tire. I went to Discount Tire to get the damaged tire fixed. They were extremely professional and helped me right away. They plugged a nail hole in my damaged tire, checked my other tires and replaced the donut with the repaired tire. They had me in and out in 25 minutes and they didn’t charge me ANYTHING! I was so impressed with their helpfulness and quality service! Thank you, Discount Tire, for a job well done!

Great service and friendly staff! Came in 15 minutes before they closed and they were friendly and helpful the entire time. Didn’t once feel rushed. They even stayed late to get my tires replaced.

I was facing low tire pressure issue in my recently bought used car from the day one. Just dropped in here and they completely inspected all the tires and fixed the issues and everything works fine for me.

I made a reservation to get my tires balanced and rotated on a Saturday morning. I know that most Discount Tires are crazy busy on Saturdays, so I planned on being there for a little over an hour. They were amazing! They took my car right away and I was out of there within 20 minutes. I really appreciate that they stick to their appointment schedule. Great service!

The crew at this shop is top notch.
They’re professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient.
I’ve bought all my tires here for about 16 years.
Recently i had a side wall damage issue. They honored the warranty on the tire with no argument or hassle and accommodated me with having a whole new set put on at a very fair price because i had some concerns about differing tire sizes if i replaced only one of four tires.
These guys know what great customer service is all about– that’s why i’ll keep coming back for another 16 years.

They met me at my door… Discussed my flat tire issue… Found me a used tire… Total time like 15 minutes. What do these guys work for nascar?

I“ve used these guys at the Hampden Ave location 3 times in the last 17 years. Each time they’ve been very nice, courteous and helpful, seeing me ahead of the appointment time and always coming in on/​under estimate. (Twice it cost me nothing for them to fix tires or double-​check others’ repairs and replacing my spare donut tire.) Their tire prices seem reasonable and the guys that work here always seem ready-​to-​help even when busy.
Unfortunatley, i lived in broomfield for a few years and was left with a bad Discount Tire taste visiting one there. If you’ve ever had that Discount Tire experience and live near this Hampden location, I can pratically guarantee you a much better experience here. These guys are awesome.

Christopher Campbell was AWESOME! I brought my tires in for a check and he noticed a nail was in the tire. It was 8:15am. I had a critical meeting downtown at 9am and mentioned it to him. he got me back on the road in 20 minutes and was extremely grateful. The service here is always top notch. Chris is terrific to work with and they are always friendly and want to provide the best possible customer service. Thank you.

These guys are the best ! as a building contractor I drive a lot of miles and get a lot of nails and flat tires. These guys always get me patched up and back on the road as quick and professionally as possible!

I think I’ve written a review about another location in the Denver area, but Unilocal keeps prodding me to write one about this visit. The location near my home did not have the tires in stock that I wanted so I drove across town to this location that did have them in stock. The guy told me they would need about 45 min and actually apologized for that! 45 minutes to get a full set of tires installed & balanced is never anything to apologize to me for, that’s just damned impressive! Honestly, I didn’t think they could do it that fast as there were vehicles ahead of me, but those vehicles were in & out fast and sure enough, they had mine done in 45 min or less. Friggin’ amazing! And they get some whiney, demanding customers in there. I listened to a couple while I was waiting for my tires.
Discount isn’t always the lowest price on tires, but they will do some price matching, even with online retailers, but they’ll explain that after shipping fees, time etc, it probably isn’t going to be less expensive. It wasn’t for me anyway. The customer service I receive at Discount Tire is nothing short of astounding and THAT’S what keeps me coming back. Pep Boys et al have light years to catch up to the level of service that Discount provides. I almost want to send them a Christmas gift next Christmas! I wish every company that takes my money had such a level of integrity and sense of value in their customers.

I have been getting new tires, rotations and checks at Discount Tires for over 10 years and they have always been professional, efficient and have great prices.
They have free tire pressure checks for any car.
Location is convenient.

I usually go to the store west of Colorado Blvd. There is nothing that sticks out as a sour thumb with this location and I like the location since it is walking distance from Spark’s Coffee which is my ‘go to’ café.
The staff were very friendly.

I got a flat tire yesterday morning on my way to work and called AAA to come and help me put the spare tire on. I have a truck and it’s a HUGE pain in the you know what to get the spare out from under my truck.
I then took my flat tire to this Discount Tire and waited 45 mins for them to repair my flat, since they were really busy. After it was fixed, they handed me my keys and sent me on my way. They never told me why my tire was flat, just that it was fixed.
Three hours later, my tire was flat again. Completely. And I was seriously upset.
After spending an hour to put my spare on again, I went to the Discount Tire in Lone Tree. After inspection, they realized that THIS Discount Tire never even repaired my tire. There was no plug and no indication that they did anything to my tire other than put air in it. They called the other store and got mad at them for me, then gave me a free brand new tire because they said I had already been through enough that day.
Yup. A free tire. Thank GOD. I could have hugged every single one of these dudes after what I had been through.
Defiitely will be back to buy more tires from the Lone Tree store, but never to this one.
