I loved this place. The staff was friendly and it was quiet. I feel like it was a good price for what you get. Pool is just okay. We would move back here if they accepted dogs, which they don’t.

Ok so I’m Changing my review because we have been here for over a year now and we have seen enough to have our minds changed. Yes neighbors are still friendly and the office staff is too as well. However; I feel like the pool opens too late during the summer and its not always too clean which is a bit
Gross. I don’t want animal feathers while I’m in the hot tub! Now the gym, that’s another dissappoiment for me unfortunately, the one and only treadmill there is does not go faster then 4.5 mph! No joke! Recently I have had problems with the gate opening. Even after u put the pass code the gate stays close must be stuck or something and before that when it opened it made this loud noise. So for $ 830 a month I was hoping for a lil more then one slow treadmill and a few weeks of the pool. Rent is just that $ 830 if u have a washer and drier install its an extra $ 30 and as far as water, electricity, cable and gas, that’s all separate. Also, there is no pets allowed here at all. But we will see what happens here…
