PHENOMENAL!!! Let me start off by saying that im not the type of person who normally writes reviews, but Denver Tech Solutions and their tech Steven did such a great job that i created an account just to «yelp» my experience! My computer is my life it has all of my music, family pitcures, import documents etc. on it so needless to say i’d be lost with out it. My computer has always given me issues (My lack of knowledge for technology i’m sure didn’t help) but finally it got to a point where i was unable to to anything at ALL. i was ready to go buy a new one when a friend gave me the number for these guys and told me to try them out. i’d never heard of anything like this and was reluctant at first but all my worries went away when the tech showed up at my home. Steven was very personable and put me at ease right away (he knew what my needs were better than i did). I couldn’t tell you what he did exactly but when he was finished, not only was my computer back up and running, it worked just like new. Apparantly i had multiple virus’ and malicious software on my computer which resulted in the performance my computer was giving off (or lack therof). He was very thorough and informative in explaining the different precautions i could take to prevent this from ever happening again, installed a new antivirus just in case i ever missed something, and even gave me some lessons on the different things i could do on my computer! He was able to run my AMEX as payment right from his cell phone, which was really cool especially b/​c most small business’ don’t accept AMEX at all. To top it off i also found out that they do IPhone repairs as well which for me is a big plus since i have broken my screen twice this year. Denver Tech Solutions went above and beyond to make sure that i was taken care of and saved me quite a bit of money in the process. these guys will definitely be number 1 on my list in the future, If you ever have ANY computer problems call Steven!
