Was only here for drinks but pleasantly surprised to find such a great spot at a hotel. Hands down great spot and I will go again!

I usually discover that hotel pubs are either a major hit or a retched disappointment. At the D-Spot, from start to finish never failed to impress I ordered pan seared salmon, and it was simply perfect. The filet was cooked just right and it flaked right on my fork! The service was incredible! Kelly was my server and she walked me through the menu, recommended me a nice wine with my meal and was always attentive. I will be sure to return here when I need an upbeat and delicious pub to cram some much needed late night work in! Thanks D-Spot!

All I have to say is the fish tacos were GREAT!!! I would pass on the nachos if you feel the need to get them. Seems like it’s that fake cheez whiz cheese… GROSS The lemonade was very tasty. The server seemed to disappear every now and then but I was still happy :)

Couldn’t get info the great American beer festival, but this is the next best thing. Great selection of local brews on tap.

This bar is odd. It’s completely open so you just ride the escalator down and there you are. I also find it weird that it’s subterranean(I think) yet because it’s so open and the floor above has skylights this bar is still light. Anyway, they get 3 stars for having Effen Black Cherry vodka. It’s one of my favorites and damn hard to find in Colorado. But, since this place is pretty pricey and they have that uncomfortable hotel politeness I’ll probably continue drinking my Holland vodka at the PS Lounge, which is the only other place I know that serve it.
