I rented an apartment here for over a year on a ten month lease. I had very few issues until the end… there was some water damage to the apartment during the winter-understandable in CO. What was not acceptable was the amount of time it took to identify/fix the problem. My roommate and I were offered no alternative housing while the apartment was unlivable, and although we were given a free month of rent, we were not able to stay in the unit for more than half of the month. Since moving out, management had been very poor about responding to our calls and emails, and extremely unprofessional when we actually were able to reach them(the property manager is rarely available during the stated office hours). Now they are trying to charge us for damage related to the water leak. In addition, management continues to tell me that the deposit was sent to the forwarding address(I have not received anything in excess of 2 weeks since they said it was sent). All in all, do not be swayed by the new-ish appliances and decent finishes. The management is terrible… don’t make the same mistake I did.

I love living here! If you’re looking for a safe, nice and reasonably priced place to live in the Glendale area this is it! From the day I signed my lease the office manager Isela has been attentive and accommodating. I have had a few maintenance problems, which is to be expected with an older building but Isela has always been on top of it. I don’t know what the other review is talking about with bugs I’ve lived here for 5 months and honestly have never seen a single bug in my apartment! They do quarterly extermination. As a young single girl my favorite part of living here is how safe it feels. All of the units face each other around a courtyard and the building has a gate at the front and back entrance. The units are nice with faux wood and newer appliances. Also there are thicker walls than most places, I’ve seriously only heard my neighbors twice in 5 months!
