Denied me for a personal loan because of «lack of credit profile.» Makes no sense seeing as how I have several credit cards, a high credit score, and sufficient payment history. They also appear to be behind the times, as they’re still using FICO score model 4, when we are on FICO 8.

Horrible bank, put it in a sock, you’ll get better customer service! Malorie at Broadway and Hampden location and her boss Chris care nothing about customers, service or the health of the community. These people are riding a sinking ship and couldn’t care less! As a small business owner I am appalled! Throw your money anywhere, including out the window, you will have better luck. Contact me for more information!!!

This is the worst branch/​bank ever. Parked in one of their spots to go in to get some information and when I came out, they had towed my car! When I went inside to confront them, I was told that I wasn’t a customer I wasn’t allowed to park there! Really?!? Seriously?!? Talked to the branch manager and he said he couldn’t do anything. What? Then I’m supposed to open an account?!? So, $ 260 later I was stuck! Great way to treat the «community» Community Bank of Denver. The best bit is that when I picked up my car is that there was a nice friendly note from the bank giving me a courtesy notice please asking they not park in their spots… WTF?!?
