Unfortunately I have to give this business a negative review based upon my interaction with them during a recent business trip to Denver. I called ahead from Chicago and reached out to several limo/​livery companies for transportation the next day. Colorado Limo went straight to voicemail; I left a voicemail and the next company I called picked up, so they go the booking. Colorado texted back the next morning, I and I let them know we would need a ride to a restaurant quite far from the airport. Unfortunately our flights were delayed, I let them know the instant they were delayed that we needed to cancel, this happened once more when our admin booked a cab from the hotel and we had to cancel a booking with them. I was quite apologetic both times, and it is always unfortunate to have to cancel a booking.
Later that day I received a nasty text message from Colorado Limo saying that we should «do some research» about disrespecting small businesses. Unbelievable. Here’s a tip: have someone cover the phones at night — you’re a transportation company, you should have 24 hour dispatch. Affordable Airport Limo picked up the phone and got the booking. We did about $ 400 in business with them and another $ 200 with other random cab companies over two days and Affordable Airport were easy to work with, pleasant and professional.
If you can’t handle cancellations and you can’t manage your phones I suggest you find another line of work.
