Colorado Lace the Dry Cleaners

DO NOT GO HERE!
Wow, talk about a rip off. I brought my wedding gown and veil there to be cleaned and was told the price «depended» on a number of things and they would call with an estimate BEFORE doing anything. Next thing I know we’re getting a phone call saying the dress is ready to pick up.
When I returned to the store, I found that they had charged me over $ 500 for cleaning! That’s more than I paid for the dress! I had to return another day to speak with the manager, who at first was a bit unpleasant and tried to tell me they were going to honor our 25% off coupon, so I should be happy.
She denied not telling me about the starting costs for wedding dress cleaning, and then lied, stating she «never said she’d call me with an estimate, and why would she do that? «Um, maybe because you said your prices «depend» and customers need to know what they’re being charged?
Luckily I had spoken to her colleague who told me that calling with an estimate was standard practice and so I was able to call her out. All of a sudden, she was stating she didn’t know why she didn’t call and what could I afford to pay? She even had the gall to encourage me to return since she’d «done right by me». Total BS and not worth it !!
