Always a friendly face when I walk in. They have always gotten me in same day when needed. Definitely cannot complain. They have a great patient/Doctor/office relationship.

I tried to make an appointment for my husband as a new patient and the front office person was so rude. My husband was sick at the time and throwing up, but the only appointment they had was for the next week(not their fault). I then asked if a nurse could give me some advice and the front desk woman cut me off to say«no one here can help you with that!» … What?! You’re a doctors office, your ENTIRE job is to help with medical concerns! I asked if he could be given a physical at his appointment and she said no. When I asked why, I got the illuminating explanation of «that’s not how we do things.» She tried to tell me they needed one appointment just to meet him and take his medical history and an entirely separate appointment to do a physical. I’m not a doctor, but I’ve never heard of that before. The front office person’s whole demeanor was curt and dismissive. That may not be reflective of the doctors there, but don’t put someone on the phones that can’t talk to people nicely if you want to grow your practice. I’m going somewhere where they actually take patients seriously and treat them with some level of decency.

Five stars for Dr. Christopher Ricca, four stars for the practice as a whole. Dr. Ricca is the best doc I’ve ever had. He is knowledgeable, professional, and super patient and kind. A few years ago, I was pretty sick and spent waaaay too much time at in his office. He was never dismissive, respected my hope to avoid too many medical procedures or medications, and was just generally awesome. He’s also quite dapper, so big thumbs up for him! Yay! Re: the practice itself. It’s totally standard. Sometimes you wait a bit after your appointment time, sometimes the office staff aren’t bend-over-backwards accommodating, but everyone is totally nice and professional and doing their best.
