After two months of dealing with another restoration company recommended by All State Insurance, my Father told me to call James Moranor at Cocat to get this job done! (by this time we had mold and a total disaster!, so James came into a complete overhaul!)
James from day one was polite, knowledgeable, and completely understanding regarding my situation. He took charge, had crews here when he said he would with in a day or so, dealt with the insurance company, has the upmost integrity, even when I challenged it, he stayed true, which I can say now I completely respect him for doing so!
Every contractor he sent did a fantastic job! I wish I could take them with me and use them on my own personal jobs because my house looks better today then before the flood, it really was a blessing to find Cocat and this CRS company, the carpet installers, sales guy (John) and everyone was amazing

We had a fire at our house the day before Thanksgiving and COCAT was very prompt in cleaning up the house and they were very efficient at getting the reconstruction work started right away. James (the project manager) was great to work with and was very responsive.

We had a huge water pipe burst from faulty plumbing while we were away for the weekend. Came home to 12in of standing water across the house. First call was to our insurance company who suggested we call COCAT. Within 30min they had a team at our house and after a quick walk through and some paperwork they got started. The wife and I stayed at a hotel and COCAT literally worked straight through the week to get our house back in order. A lot had to be scrapped, but they were able to save and dry out a lot of family photos and other personal things at their warehouse. Very impressed with the work they did, the professionalism of the employees and how well they worked with the insurance contractors. You could never tell now that 6 weeks earlier there was a foot of standing water in the house. Thanks!!!
