History

Established in 2012.

I’ve been doing junk and trash removal for a long time, I started in the in 1982 as Howard’s Hauling. I put an ad in Rocky Mountain News and the Denver Post and paid for answering services to take my calls while I was working doing jobs. Later I started advertising the phone book, the only place I could place an ad was under garbage, there wasn’t a heading for junk removal so I had to settle for garbage and in those days there was a lot of competition. I took my daughter in as a partner in 2006 figuring she’d have to learn about the business world and bookkeeping and taxes and she’d gain hands on experience. I thought Cheap Trash Removal was a good name for us, compared to the big 1 800 companies we are cheap. We’re still a small company and I still drive and if you call I or my daughter will answer the phone.
