Chapter Two Bbq & Grill

I’m a BBQ lover and the smoker/​trailer next to this joint caught my eye. Some of the best BBQ is served out of a trailer!
Dining area was very plain, which i think is good for a BBQ joint. Don’t fluff up the atmosphere, get back in the kitchen and cook!
Let the food make the atmosphere. This appears to be a mom/​pop shop which made the customer service superb. I asked for the sampler platter (every BBQ has one) and they thought i meant a «taste» of everything. Kind of like Baskin Robbins or something. I thought this was pretty classy and it led me into getting the pulled pork and brisket at a half pound each. The meat was good however its put into a marinade after cutting which makes it way too runny. On my BBQ scale, its right in the middle at a 5. If you’re hungry, it’ll suffice, but there is better out there.
