I’ve had some moments at this super chill bar. Quick bar service, friendly bartenders, and an all around good time. Often find myself here when I don’t know what I want to do, but know I’ll enjoy myself.

The bar was clean the customers were by far the nicest people met on my trip to Denver… The night I was there it was a drag night performance and by far worth making the trip to go and see with my friends. Had a very large patio to smoke on and the drinks were well made better then other bars in Denver… My next trip I think this will be the only spot to go to for me. On last thing I had visited other bars and felt out of place there but felt completely comfortable here the whole time. TY Broadways for making me feel right at home during my visit. It was greatly appreciated…

It’s a little dive bar so your standards can’t be too high. However right when you walk in it smells like urine and urinal cakes. Just because it’s a dive bar doesn’t mean it has to be filthy. I had 1 drink that’s all. I didn’t want to stay because it was gross. My vanilla vodka was $ 3 I was surprised by the cheap price I asked the bartender not to put it on my card. I handed her a $ 5 bill and told her to keep the change. She looked annoyed. $ 2 on 1 drink is a good tip. I used to bartend. 2 days later I checked my account she charged me $ 15. So all in all I paid $ 20 for a mediocre drink from a sassy bartender in a bar that reeked like piss.

Its a bar. Its better than all of its neighboring clubs and in my opinion on the same level as milk but with less of a theme. I went in on a saturday and there wasnt a real big wait. The bartenders were nice and the pitchers of beer are awesome. Oh and by pitchers I mean personal pitchers because Ill share some more beer with myself.

We went there on Sunday evening and had a great night. The v-jay, Dante, was simply amazing. He’s the kind you find at nightclubs with cover charges, but Broadways has no cover. The place was not crowded, but was a lot of fun. The bartenders were also really nice. Go there.

So my partner and I are visiting from California and are visiting Denver for the first time. Broadway was the first bar we decide on to visit. WOW! What great customer service. Our bartender was Joey M. We asked for information on what to do around the area. *Friday BTW* He was friendly and engaging and had no problem honestly promoting other bars in the area. This guy is running around and taking care of everybody’s needs. He came across as nothing less than sincere. First impression was fantastic! Meet this guy and support their business. Everyone in Denver is nice and embracing. Completely surprised! We have been here three hours and already want to plan another trip. Guarantee this will be the first bar we come back to next vacation. Couldn’t be happier!

This update, much like a date with a sane, intelligent, attractive, employed man, is long overdue. While every bar has its ups and downs this joint sure can bring you up and then let you down. But, isn’t that the glory of life? Nothing lasts forever but a good time with good friends and good booze can be well worth the tragedies in life. Find them here — at your friendly neighborhood gay bar. Right out of the gate you have to be impressed with the cheap prices. It’s not uncommon to see $ 4 mini pitchers of beer, $ 2.50 wells and drafts, shot specials, beer busts, oh my! I almost feel like I’m back in college and the whole gay world is at my fingertips. Should there be a special event going on they will sometimes pass out free shots. They aren’t the best libations in the world but free is free. And, it’s a dive bar — you get what you pay for. In this case, you’re paying for good times, crazy peeps, loud music, dark corners, open patios and queers. Love it, I do. There has been a steady stream of quality bartenders in recent years. Almost every employee is nice, quick-footed, funny, good looking, attentive, crazy, sexy, cool. While this place can sure get packed at times there is generally zero to little wait time to get a drink. Spill something? They’ll get it cleaned up with the quickness — and a smile to boot! Part of the reason I come here is because the bartenders are really awesome. It’s a neighborhood bar — be friendly. Everyone is welcome at Broadway’s. Seriously, all walks of life can walk in and then crawl out after having the best time EVER! People like to knock down dive bars but these establishments always have an open door and offer the chance to just be human, have a drink and live life. There’s a quality to this bar that feels like a safe place to be yourself even if you have had a few too many. What can I say? It’s my favorite spot in town! Drag shows, viewing parties, special events, juke box tunes, dance floor, patio bar(in the summertime), good location, great service, fun-filled clientele, cheap drinks, I mean the list of qualifications goes on and on. There’s so much fun to be had here — just open your mind, open your throat, your wallet, your heart, be open and all will be right in the world.

Hit this place for the first time last weekend with some friends, and it was okay! Music obviously was awesome and the crowd was super-friendly. In Colorado I sort of expect a wider selection of beers on tap but then again beer is the enemy and this is a gay bar. In fact when I was there I saw all the ripped dudes and looked at my own expanding waistline and wanted to cry. But I didn’t because the music was so great. See? Awesome! I still don’t know if we had waitstaff on the patio or not, but that would be a plus if it were the case.

Yes, it’s a dive. But $ 2 wells during Power Hour? And they’re playing the deep cuts of Cyndi Lauper? What’s there not to like?

I like this gay dive bar. My straight male friend dragged me here because he wanted to party, and party we did. After the drag show, there were men auctioning off custom-made underwear. Everyone started their bids, and all of a sudden, I hear my friend behind me throw up a bid. Straight off the model and into my friend’s hand. He’s a down home, country boy, and was so excited to have some custom made briefs. He was like a little girl until he dropped me off at home and went on his merry way. I like that I can get a strong whiskey diet here, and it’s cheap. Keeping up with the other gay bars in town, and I love it. And I can enjoy my whiskey on the nice big patio on those warm summer nights. There are a mix of guys here, and there are usually always some very pretty drag queens here(like, prettier than me, but that’s okay). I don’t get over here as much as I would like, but I should. It’s a neat hang out.

Me: «Can I have a single tall whiskey and diet?» Bartender starts making my drink into a tiny 8 oz cup. Me: «I said, single tall, please» Bartender: «We’re out of large cups.» Me: «I can see them right there behind you.» Bartender: «I said NO.» So glad I only have to go here once a year for Westword music showcase. How freakin’ rude.

Visited tonight in the pursuit of meeting some friendly, LGBT community members. Jerry, behind the bar, was wonderful and sweet. While there weren’t any other ladies in the joint, my girlfriend and I had a nice time chatting with some of the regulars at the bar and Jerry. Drinks were insanely inexpensive here(although one of the super nice guys at the bar bought all of our drinks for us)…

I will personally never go here again. Let me start by saying that I’m a 43 year old man who doesn’t frequent bars often.(I know you’re saying to yourself, «Yeah right», but it’s true). So here is the rundown of the bar itself. It’s a dive, let’s just call it what it is. That doesn’t make it a bad place to go to, some of the best bars around are dives. But, it attacks a lot of people who have less than a mouthful of teeth, and who make it their life goal to get their next drink. Perhaps that’s typical of all bars, I don’t know. At any rate, I have some friends who do not fall into the toothless variety who live close and frequent this«establishment’ — fine. I met them on a early Friday evening to have a few drinks. I go to the bar and find that I have left my I.D. at home. That’s a long story that I won’t go into. At any rate, the bartender refused to server me. I have no issues with this and accept a tonic instead. Later that evening, my friend buys me a drink. Mind you we are on the other side of the room from this bartender, but he sees it fit to come over and ask me to leave because my friend bought me a drink. I left. On the walk home I reflected on the situation. I understand that this is a trash bar, and they have probably been busted for serving minors drinks. I get that this guy could lose his job for serving me a drink without ID. But was it really necessary to come all the way across the bar some hour+ later to tell me I had to leave because my friend bought be a drink. I am CLEARLY well over 40. I think you’re on a petty power trip, which is fine. You won, but I will never come back to this bar ever again. I don’t need to and I don’t’ need to be treated like that.

Gay dive sports bar, what? Yes, that. With drag queen bingo, to boot. This place is close for me, so I go there a fair amount. I mean, so close that I once did cocktails in between loads of laundry. How best to describe Broadway’s? How about, «My straight married friend had us go there for his birthday so he could get his drink on.» Seriously, he did. Why? The drinks are strong and cheap. And frankly, I go to a bar for booze, so that’s a major win. Plus, the staff is very nice(and some are very cute). …Maybe I need to go get a cocktail right now.

What can I say? It’s a gay bar on Broadway called Broadway’s. Inside it’s small and kind of divey, but still has the requisite club music playing. These drinks are designed with one thing in mind: to get you completely wasteypants. While at this bar, I had a tiny man wearing nothing but a bowtie and underwear give me a jello shot in a novelty sized syringe and I drank some sort of deliciously sweet blue drink out of a bucket. That’s right. A bucket. Like what you would use to make a sandcastle. Except after one of these the only thing you’ll be making is bad decisions. Sharing it with another person is highly recommended and about as romantic as you can get while surrounded by male gogo dancers and lubed up cocktail servers. If you’re up for a fun night of more innuendo than you can shake a greased up pole at, then definitely head over to Broadway’s.

Yeah, I am bumpin this up to a 5 star joint! Been here a couple times since my last review. Who’d have thunk this place would be so fab to watch a Donkey game? Went for the first Bronco’s game of the season and they had great drink specials, lots of TVs, and a bunch of fans. The service was amazing, they brought us chairs! Went again last weekend, the place was all done up for Mardi Gras! Beads at the door, masks and décor everywhere. Even a silent auction for fab masks with proceeds going to charity. There are fun lights, a fog machine, a DJ, and always great drink specials!!! They also have fun new booze, I tried something called OR-G — amazing! Anywhere else a fancy new liqueur drink would break the bank, not here! Watch them make the drinks, they are sta-rong! The patio is always rockin and the service is always great! There is a lil DJ booth and it was so fun rockin old school jams and checkin out the new stuff. They also got new super sturdy bar stools which class up the place even more. Out of ‘gay bars’, this one is the best to take anyone to! Plus, it is within walking distance to a bunch of other places if you feel the need to leave. But, despite a plan of bar hopping — we all had so much fun we spent all evening there. I am sure you will to.

Came here on a Friday night and a Sunday afternoon(for the Bronco’s game) Friday was after a long hard day at work and needing a few good drinks. I was drinking rum and cokes, made deliciously strong and my friend a few nice cold beers. Friendly and Hot(male) bartenders as well! Pretty sizable bar, with a juke box, some of those touch screen bar top games(important to note because i LOVELOVELOVE those games, and this is all about me :)) . There is a patio out back, decent size as well. There is also an ATM machine inside. Ladies: Big Plus… the bathroom stalls have doors!!!(us Charlie’s visitors know the importance of that!!). no ‘human’ doors from your friends, or wondering if when you get to the stall if someone will be sitting there getting rid of their evening dinner! yeah! *** Sunday Football*** They have a lot of Tv’s. Nice, Clear, beautiful TV’s, and this sporty lesbian appreciates every last one of them :) They also put some chips and salsa snacks out during the game… nothing elaborate, but perfect to football watching. This time i was drinking Bud Light Drafts… out of the coldest frosted glasses ever! I love me an Ice Cold Beer!!! Oh la la la … Over all, a fun place to hang out. Parking is fun … you may get our front, but side streets are there as well. Also on Friday nights they charge you $ 10 to park on Arby’s lot… I’ll be back again…

A friend of mine recommended this place for a good time. Truth be told we already hopped around a bunch this night and I was game. Fun Gay Bar, good dancing and fun dancers in their little shorts and outfits. Drinks tasted watered down a bit, can I have some vodka with my cranberry? Fun place, I just might be back to this place.
