Bring Home Denver

After an absolutely nightmarish experience with a different realtor, my husband and I were relieved to meet Luke and Bring Home Denver. Even though we were first time homebuyers up against a cutthroat market, we felt confident and well-​represented every step of the way. Not only was Luke professional, efficient, and easy to work with, he also managed to help us find exactly what we were looking for, in our price range, in our ideal neighborhood. As if this weren’t a big enough feat, he also did it all while in the final stages of planning his own wedding. We were beyond impressed. In our very first conversation together, Luke told us the goal at Bring Home Denver was to create lifelong customers. In our most recent conversation, we invited him to our housewarming party. Missions accomplished!

I recently worked with Garrett to purchase my first condo, a sweet little studio in Cheesman Park.
As a first-​time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and Garrett was always super helpful and knowledgable. He’s very laid back and friendly. I trusted him immediately and know that he was always focused on finding me a place I would be very happy with.

I’ve never written a Unilocal review before, but I have such great things to say about Bring Home Denver that I created an account specifically for this.
About myself, I am a total spaz, worrier, picky, etc, so I’m basically a realtor’s nightmare. But, never in the process was that an issue. Garrett understands people, the business, and the market… all of which are very important if you are looking for a house in Colorado.
To start, Garrett was very understanding and helped us figure out what we were looking for since this was all new to us. He also understood that as first time home buyers we needed some extra hand holding. He understood that talking to a worrier like me was probably different than another client and, for that, I am forever grateful. His patience and dedication to finding us the right house, and not just any house, is much appreciated.
Second, he understands the business. «If it wasn’t for your realtor, you would not have this house.» Those are words that were said at the closing by the seller’s realtor. The other realtor and our mortgage broker kept telling us how Garrett went above and beyond and how lucky we were to have worked with him. He was on the phone constantly for us when multiple other offers were presented and I fully believe if we had someone else, we would still be renting and fighting for a house.
Last, Denver is a tough market. We looked to him for advice on the market, on neighborhoods, and on what it takes to get an offer accepted. He answered countless questions and provided advice when asked, but was never pushy. He made sure we made decisions based on what was right for us. We never felt pressured to make a decision or go higher with an offer than we were comfortable with.
Garrett helped us find our perfect house and I can’t thank him enough for his persistence, knowledge and caring. I highly recommend him.

Garrett, of BHD, worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect home. He patiently looked at dozens of homes with me and when I finally found the home I wanted, he crafted a brilliant contract. He was spot on in his suggestion of what it would take to get the home and his well-​written contract convinced the seller to accept my offer over the other 10 or so the seller received. He is professional, knowledgable, and personable. I highly reccommend BHD to buyers and sellers.
