In response to the anonymous employee who is so afraid and ashamed of his company that he doesn’t have the courage to use his real name:
You don’t have to explain what you are and what you do. I know what you do, and what you don’t do.
What you do is find a way to make money from the insurance companies by using patients like myself to improve your personal standard of living and not genuinely caring for my medical needs. I despise you for that already.
What you don’t do is have the very best doctors or let me select the doctor that I know is best and won’t give me cut-​rate services and get me into the vicious cycle of medical tourism.
So before you even spoke, I already knew what you were going to say.
You’re going to have to do better than that, sir, if you want to outsmart this Irishman.
