Business Owner

Michelle’s fascination with hair began when she received her first Barbie Styling Head at age six. Decades later, her childlike wonder of the beauty industry remains, apparent in the excitement she inspires in clients and her love for continuing education. In 2006, she began her career assisting under two well respected Redken educators, platform artists, and salon owners. Instilled with a firm belief that knowledge is power, she regularly attends national trade shows and hands-​on education classes.

Over the years, Michelle realized there was a disconnection between quality services and welcoming salon environments. In 2015, she opened BOURBON a Suite Salon so that she could provide her guests with an intimate, relaxed space; free from drama and pretentiousness, where she could focus on making them look and feel their very best.
