Established in 2010.
Ms. Boland graduated from law school in 1986, initially pursuing a career as a prosecutor handling misdemeanor and felony cases. In 1995, she became a part-time Magistrate with the Denver County Court. In 2010, Ms. Boland determined to put her skills to use helping people solve their conflicts outside of the formal courtroom setting and opened her law practice emphasizing mediation to resolve legal problems. She was also interested in expanding into a new area of law and so began helping people put plans into place to deal with disability and death. In this regards, she writes wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to put in writing what people want to happen and who they want to help them.

Business Owner
Kate graduated from law school in 1986 and spent 7 years as a prosecutor in the Adams County District Attorney’s office. She is currently a Magistrate Judge with the Denver County Court and has been for the past 18 years. For the past 5 years, she has been in private practice helping people with their wills and powers of attorney as well as handling probate after people have died.
Prior to law school, Kate received an undergraduate degree in Business Finance and spent 6 years as a commercial lender with First Interstate Bank of Denver.
Her law practice emphasizes estate planning, probate and mediation services.
