Great shop! I was referred by a friend, and everyone knows word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Well Bill lived up to the word, found, and fixed my issue on the same day I took it in! Not only is my Jeep fixed, but their customer service was the best I have received from any previous shop I have ever been in, in the 15 years I have been driving! Fair prices, great customer service, and quality work! Don’t go to a dealership and instead come here! Thank me later. Thanks again Bill and Kris, I WILL be back!!!

We were at the light at Holly and Jewell on our way to pick up a rental car for a trip. I had my mom and 6 month old son in tow and it was hot. Just before the light changed I heard a loud bang that sounded as if it came from under my van. Immediate panic. Mom pointed out the small repair shop that we were literally right in front of so I pulled in in a hurry. We walked over and picked the part up out of the street and went in to see what we were in for. The part that fell out was the belt tensioner and it was done for along with the serpentine belt. We talked to them and explained we were headed out of town and they were very helpful and friendly. They were patient with the fact that we had a baby and had to sit in their waiting room/​office area for over a half an hour waiting for our ride. When we got home The van was fixed and ready to go and we paid $ 220 after taxes. They only charged $ 60 in labor! The bill also listed other things that I need to fix when I am able. I’m pretty sure its family owned and run. We had a great experience and we will be going back soon to have more work done on my car and to have work done on my mom’s truck. They day we broke down, the lot was so full you could barely get in out out but when I drove by this weekend there were maybe 3 cars. They have a lot of customers but they work fast and at fair prices. You never know who to trust in a big city but in my experience, You can trust them!

My truck broke down unexpectedly this morning. Not knowing any mechanics in the area, I searched Google for mechanics in the area close to where I was. Bill’s Crestmoor Automotive had good reviews and was a block away so I decided to take a chance and I am glad I did. Bill was working the counter when I arrived and I told him the issues I was having and left the truck with him. I received a call from Chris about noon, which was only three hours after I left the truck explaining what the problems were. I said go ahead and fix it and they said it would be ready by the end of the day. I was shocked at the quick repair of the vehicle. Both Bill and Chris are awesome with there customer service and tell you what you need repaired at that moment and what you will need repaired in the future. It’s hard to find honesty and people you can trust in the automotive repair business, but you don’t have to worry about that here. Thanks Bill and Chris, you have gained a customer for life!

Love Bill’s shop! Bill and Frank worked on my Subbie for years!!! They did a great job and kept it running for years. They have also always gone out of their way to provide great service such as driving me home or to work (when they can) when I drop off my car. When I was a single lady they were the best (they still are, I just got married and bought a new car). I highly recommend them!

stopped in without an appointment with a headlight issue. Chris and Bill were super friendly, dropped what they were doing, put my car on the lift and helped me out on the spot saving me who knows how many hours and frustration if I attempted it myself. Will definitely return, but hopefully not any time soon;) Thanks again!

Awesome mechanic. Reliable, honest, fair, reasonable, quick. It’s really hard to find a mechanic you can trust — but your search is over! My family has been using him for decades, and we love him. I’ve sent all my friends to him.
One note — they aren’t always good about immediately checking phone messages and calling you back if they’re busy. So don’t assume that you’ll get called back right away. They are very busy, so just keep calling until you reach someone.
