Beyond the Well Photography

Karen and Nate are actually based out of bloomington IL, my hometown. they do amazing work! We just had our engagement pictures taken and we are thrilled. They felt more like friends than photographers. We can’t wait to have them at our wedding! I am not sure why Joe was having issues with them… but they truely are wonderful and are flow around the world to photograph weddings!

Karen and Nate did our wedding in June 2010, they did a wonderful job! Even though it mansooned, they stayed very upbeat and got us some gorgeous photos! We get compliments all the time, and refer all of our friends to Beyond the Well, no one is ever disappointed. They have so many packages too! We chose the Pixel Package and made our our album.
It is so great having two photographers there, they never missed a beat. I am so glad we used Beyond the Well, I have beautiful, classic photos that I will cherish for a lifetime!

The Bridges are truly the worst people we have ever met, let alone dealt with. They are incredibly unprofessional, and made appointments in Chicago only to have canceled them shortly beforehand. They put on a friendly demeanor, but they are essentially con-​artists. They never showed up to take the pictures contracted for, and because they use PayPal, it is near impossible to resolve the issue via one’s bank. Now we have to report them to the BBB, the Illinois Attorney General’s Office and we have to sue them for breaching their own contract with us, which is a complete waste of time and money. Further, the glowing references and reviews they have are provided by mostly friends. Don’t do it!!!

My husband and I are so crazy about the Bridges talent that we flew them out to California just so they could be the ones to document our special day. I knew they were photographers I could trust to deliver a phenomenal product because I was friends with several other couples who also used them for their wedding photographers. Honestly, we were so dead set on using the Bridges for our wedding photography that we had the wedding booked around their availability! LOL
The photography is one of the only expenses for our wedding where we actually felt like we got exactly what we paid for, and much more.

We had them travel some 300 miles to our wedding (in a Detroit suburb) because local photographers were so darn expensive. They were by far our favorite vendors. This young couple does a complete, fun, artistic job of capturing the wedding at an incredibly reasonable price. My family cannot believe that they have so many hundreds of wonderful shots for so cheap. If you’re debating options, go with Bridges.
