They get one point for efficiency. Four of us arrived and they were able to service 3 of us, without an appointment.
The missing stars are due to the short time for which the pedicures lasted. Two of us lost the polish from at least one toe the next day. Then the third person lost most of her pedicure polish. Only one of us was lucky enough to keep the polish on all ten toes for two weeks. Needless to say, we will be looking for a new place next time the mother-​daughter teams decide to treat ourselves to a pedicure.

I am here from Cali and came to this so called great nail place. Well the price board say one price the price sheet says another, then they want to argue with my girl that was just in there last Friday saying they forgot the new owner changed the price. So now he wants more money then what any reference says in his shop. Garbage keep it 100% and learn English we will all be on the same page!!!

We ended up leaving without getting our pedicures after waiting over an hour after our appointment. We didn’t even get an apology, he just said, ‘we’re busy.’ Which would be a fair statement if we hadn’t made an appointment in advance. Don’t book appointments if you don’t plan to honor them. It’s that simple.

HORRIBLE!!! I just left this place and my cuticles are bright red and bleeding! I went in to just get my cuticles trimmed, no manicure. The guy scraped up my nail bed so much and at first he hardly even cut and cleaned up any of the cuticles. I asked that he trim them a little more because they still looked bad. Bad idea. He trimmed them so far back that all of them were bleeding. He didn’t even know what he was doing because rather than using the tool to actually CUT the cuticle he kept pulling on the skin so of course that just tore the skin back further and started bleeding. The best part is, he charged me the same price as a manicure! Um, I didn’t get polish, massage, etc. Just my cuticles trimmed, in and out in a few minutes. I use to live in California and I could get my cuticles trimmed for $ 5 and they did a great job. The salons around here don’t seem to get it, you shouldn’t charge for a manicure if you are not giving a full manicure! These people are pushy too. All I want is a cuticle trim but somehow he feels it necessary to ask if I want a pedicure too. Um??? I’ll take my chances with buying my own tools to trim my cuticles from now on.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First of all they tried to take my shellac off with a drill (which is painful and terrible for your nails) and then when I asked them to soak and wrap them instead to remove my shellac the girl went to get a file instead of a drill. Then when I told her AGAIN I would rather soak them, she tore up some cotton, put some acetone, and then went to her computer to do who knows what. Then another customer came in and she did her pedicure and started her manicure before I brushed the loosely (and by now dried and pointless) cotton off of my toes and left. Bad attitudes are bad for business, this place is not worth it.

Kevin was great. Got a pink and white new set. Perfect job. Ill be going back expected it to be busy but they took me right away.
I go back every two-​three weeks! All the girls are fabulous! Most of the times to cut back on time their they will do my Pedi along with my pink & whites at same time!
Worth every penny!

I’ve been going to Best Nails & Spa for about a year now. As long as I live in Denver, I will be coming here. Jessica does a phenomenal job every time I come. I normally get a shellac/​acrylic fill and she has incredible attention to detail. She is very patient with me and my requests. I’ve brought a few friends and family with me and Jessica always asks about how they are doing. The salon is always very clean and so are the tools. This is my go to place every two weeks!

I’m VERY happy with the quality of the service i received and the price was fantastic too! I shopped several nail salons requesting a special service on a bin toe of mine… no one would do it. Best Nails did it and with a smile! I’m very happy with the results! Also, I ordered the pedicure special. Total price was just $ 38! That included the acrylic on my toe, a full leg massage with exfoliant… it was heavenly! I will definitely be returning!

Kindly took me in for a late manicure on a Saturday eve. Friendly and good job. Nice price too.

So I have been a customer at this business several times in the past and never had a problem with them until today. For weeks I have been asking them to get some WHITE CND shellac, since I absolutely believe that is the best «shellac» product brand. As I keep telling them I hate the «Gelish» brand name they keep telling me, «oh everyone else likes it and no one complains». But that’s not the problem. The problem is, is that I don’t like it, and considering the fact that I am a repeat customer for one AMAZING LADY «Jessica», who is the absolute best nail technician there. The «manager» is always so rude and comes off so extremely cocky. I tried to tell HIM about the new salon that opened up called CM nails on Havana and how their prices are cheaper with a coupon and he should be advertising more for more business. As he gets mad and upset because he doesn’t speak even good ENGLISH, he tells me to go there then… I was so pissed. So I told him I would and that they are NOT THE ONLY place that does good nails, and that all the money I’ve spent there, I couldn’t believe how he was acting. So finally I asked if they had WHITE «Gelish» and he says no! Even through everytime I’ve gone, I ONLY GET WHITE ALL OVER MY NAILS EVERYTIME !!! I rolled my eyes upset and left angry. I no longer will represent this company is good ways anymore since this has happened with him before!!! If you want to be over charged for bad customer service then this place is for you!!! But don’t say I didn’t warn you !!! If u do go only ask for «Jessica» I love her polish placement and the way she treats me. But as for «HIM» the so called «MANAGER» well maybe if he learned English then he’d understand business competitive advantages!!! What a cocky ass hole he is !!!

Mediocre pedicure. Everything was so hot I left with burns on my ankles and my heels were still pretty rough. My sister had shellac and he burned through her toe nail with the grinder. Then they over charged her for her shellac pedicure. The sign said $ 40 for deluxe pedi and $ 20 for shellac, but her total bill was $ 80. Where did that extra $ 20 charge come from? Ohhhh. Because it’s on your toes, not fingers. Bullcrap (excuse the language). Never going back.

They were awesome! Really efficient, nice, not pushy, they did a really great job. I was really impressed. I’d definitely drive out if my way to come back.

I used to love this place but in last 2 weeks they are now under new ownership. They are rude, do not honor previous coupons or discounts that have not expired, and to top it off have a crazy toddler running around bothering all the customers. Not How I like to spend my so called relaxing nail appt. So sad previous owners sold. DON’T go here!

I tried shellac for the first time and I really like how they came out. Tran did a great job and was friendly and talkative. I will definitely go back!

Best Nails and Spa is my new regular spot I have been searching for! The people are really friendly. The price is perfect. And Roy did an awesome job on my mani /​pedi! I will be back!!! :)

I have come here about 8 times and have never been disappointed. Today I had the Spa Special Pedicure with Jennie and she was wonderful. Very attentive, friendly and above else, did an exceptional job on my toenails!

Place is very clean, parking lot is a good size and didn’t have to wait too long. Plus is they have the latest gossip mags, so the time goes quickly when looking at them.
They offer a rewards card that when you get 11 pedicures, the 12^th is free.

I’m now a «regular»!!

One day I was driving along minding my own business, singing along with my radio when I noticed this nail salon (ok I noticed it because the liquor store a couple doors down was closed). It is a clean comfortable salon where you never feel rushed and they do a fantastic job. The staff personable and the music (previously reported to be jazz) was top 40. Their rates were reasonable and for the first time in months my nails LASTED the full two plus weeks that gel polish nails are supposed to last. Too bad I’m in Arizona or I’d go back.

Enjoyed my time at Best Nails and Spa. Friendly service, beautiful gel nails and they even stayed late to do the job well done. Definitely coming back. Though the easy jazz music almost put me to sleep.

Finally I did and I would highly recommend this salon. Visit for Kim at Best nail & Spa. She did beautiful job on my acrylic nails!
