I’m a local Real Estate agent who specializes in selling and buying homes in the central Denver area.

Finding a home or condo in Denver can be challenging because our city offers so many great little neighborhoods with unique shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Whether they are looking for Denver’s most modern and contemporary living (LoHi, RiNo, LoDo) or a historic home with charm and character (Wash Park, Platt Park, Park Hill), I’m always up for the challenge of finding my clients the perfect home for them.

Leaving our great city is never easy, but finding a new home in the burbs is equally exciting for my buyers. Those who decide to call suburbia their home are pleasantly surprised by how much more home they can get for their money and typically find great shopping, restaurants and top schools.

History

Established in 2007.

I started out helping my best friend on a fix and flip project in the Highlands in 2005. Coming from burbs I instantly feel in love with the Highlands for its sense of community and hip restaurants and night life. After moving to Sloan’s Lake in 2006 and make friends all over the city some of which were in Real Estate I knew my days as a computer programmer were coming to an end.

I worked for a couple different Real Estate companies my first two years in the business and found my home a Innovative Real Estate, Scott and Lora (husband and wife) the owners of Innovative Real Estate took me under their wing and help grow my business to what is today.

When my phone rings it’s because someone is about to make a life changing decision and I’m truly honored they are putting their trust in me. For most of my clients they are starting a new chapter in their life. Maybe they are purchasing their first home as a young professional, maybe this will be their first home as a married couple or soon to be married couple. Whatever their reasons might be, finding someone their new home is truly a passion of mine.

Think of me as a coach or mentor for your real estate needs. I’m very passionate about real estate and finding my clients a home with great resale value is one of my top priorities. Purchasing in Denver can be very tricky because the future value of a home can be dramatically influenced by only a couple blocks. What sets me apart from many other Realtors is that I make sure my clients understand the fundamentals of a great investment BEFORE they buy.
