B & B Shoe Repair

This review is on the shoe repair I came here cuz it’s super close to home. 1^st regret it was over priced but I was already there so sucked up and hope they do a good job. 2^nd regret their sign says they’ll be fixed while u wait: not true. Usually I come back a few hours later he gave me a 3 day turn around. 3^rd regret, which is really what pissed me off. In running errands on Saturday thought it was open cuz the lights were on. I can see the man working and he shushed me away. I tried showing him my orange ticket to show I have already paid and I just need to pick them up and he was extremely rude ! This is not what I expect specially from a small business. I will never come here again !

I was looking for a place to repair a couple pair of heels that my dog had used as chew toys — bummer. Who knew shoes could be soo much of an attraction to dogs. LOL
Found this place on Unilocal and it is relatively close to me. So I decided to take my shoes and take my chances. Draped off my shoes and for a decent price he was willing to re-​do some of my heels and soles. He was honest with what he was going to do doing and weather it would be worth my while. I appreciate that kind of honesty since the third pair of shoes I brought wouldn’t be worth the money to repair (I was sad — but got over it) LOL.
Paid up front and he stat he would have my shoes ready within a week. This is where I procrastinated, going to get my shoes. He could fix em that fast but me trying to either wake up super early to get there by 7am (yes — I am not an am person most days) or leave work like an hour and half early to get there before they closed at 5 pm was difficult. Those that know me know that I am a bit of a workaholic (I’ll own up to that).
Once I finally made it back my shoes (both pairs) looked fabulous. I was very please and would take my shoes back again. Cross your fingers no more shoe dog chew toys!

Being on Colfax and then popping into B & B is like traveling from Kansas to Oz… mainly because of the amazing deals offered on those purses (all 5 of them).
When just «walking» by you are probably first attracted by the gigantic poster of Janet Jackson and «her» horse on the side of the building. It won’t be long though before you become alarmingly curious. But no, no matter what this guy tells you, these are not real Louis Vitton, for real – they cost like 5O… this guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
BUT if you need your shoes shoned then get ready for a trip to Oz.
