These guys appear to be friendly and willing to help but it’s a total scam to get you to buy a crappy car from their lot. I purchased a vehicle and paid it off and with in 3 weeks of me having the car (I hadn’t even received the title in the mail yet) it had a loud grinding noise and was no longer drive able. I had a specialist check the car and tell me my engine bearings and crank shaft were terrible and I basically put my hard earned money into a lemon. While the dealership seemed to want to help fix the car, they only wanted to do so, so that they could be the ones to charge me for fixing a car I just put over 5,000 $ into.
Now after having this car for three months I have to replace the battery, starter, and alternator. Over another 1,000 $ in repairs.

No stars… buyer beware!!! Purchased 2002 bmw325xi not even a month ago. took it for a test drive. everything seemed OK. worked out a deal. picked up on a Monday. when picking it up noticed the check engine light was on. our sells Rep Mike said I’ll get the shop guy look at it. comes back and said the code was for a loose gas cap.(which was a lie)… called the next day. Cause service engine light came back on. said once off the lot it’s our problem. I get it’s used but the actual code was for a throttle body. wiring harness.vacuum pump. plus both window motors and regulators went bad.

I would be VERY CAUTIOUS buying a vehicle from these guys. I bought a car and 2 months later I started to have a ton of problems. Transmission leaks and over $ 3000 worth repairs. The owner also told me they would help with «new tires». Never heard back from them. I would recommend that if you do buy a vehicle from these guys to get it checked out by your mechanic before hand.

Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee over two years ago from these guys and my daughter is about to start driving. Josh made it easy for me to compare the vehicles by having them on the lot for me to test drive them side by side. He also met me a a dealer to have me test drive one that I saw while driving by!
These guys know their stuff. They have years of experience so they know the Colorado market. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received from the brokerage. They were flexible and responsive. Top notch! Best car buying experience I have ever had.

Bought a used Audi S8 here 6 months ago — straightforward, reasonable to deal with, no games. I worked with Troy, who I’d highly recommend. They told me who had checked out the car for them before selling it, and gave me his number (Shawn at Platinum Auto.) who I’ve since met and has also been outstanding. It’s buying a car, so it’s never fun or as easy as other retail experiences, but I felt I got a fair deal and was treated well.

Although I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from Auto Source, I appreciated how quickly Troy responded to my emails requesting photos and various pieces of information. He also disclosed things that weren’t obvious in the photos. I appreciated the way negotiations went despite being unable to reach a deal. I am confident that the BMW I was interested in was in good shape and had gone through the proper pre-​purchase inspection (the shop they use has great reviews).

Terrible place bought a landrover 4 months ago. Car is now being towed for a failed oil pump. May have catastrophic engine failure. The car had a nock when I purchased it I was told it was checked out and it was nothing. Lie! It was the oil pump going!
Lesson learned never trust a used car salesman!!!
So my car is a large paper weight more to repair than it’s worth! Do not buy cars from these guys they are liars and crooks! Buy from someone who will stand behind their car!
