Established in 2009.

In 2009, Mike Murray founded Ascent, a quality and ethical property management company whose goal is to manage your property and make it perform better. After working with property management companies who do not take an active interest in their client’s long-​term success, he saw a need for a company that would do things differently and treat client’s investments as if they were its’ own.

Mike, an electrical engineer by trade, completed his MBA in Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado in 2005. Since 2005, he has been involved with the development, sales and operations of single and multi-​family properties. His experience spans raw land development, site analysis/​identification, finance, sales and management. In 2009, he started Ascent to acquire, manage, and rehabilitate properties in the Denver Metro Market.
