I received my training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized «roadmap to health» that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. My passion and mission is to help you make sustainable changes to improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach I will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what is required to benefit you. Whether it’s weight management, low energy (lethargy) or reduced motivation to ‘get up and go’, together we will explore your specific circumstances and habits. I will identify the tools you need to regain and maintain a lifetime of healthful balance.
