Appliance factory is fairly new to the west side neighborhood and it was the first time I had a chance to check it out when I needed to buy a washing machine. Their prices were lower than Home Depot and they delivered my washer and hooked it up and took away the old one and The guys that delivered it were actually early! How often does that happen? So far I like my washer.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had when spending $ 8,000 in a store. The wrong parts were delivered and broken. I drove down to pick up the new parts and when I got home they were the wrong parts again.
My suggestion if you want to purchase anything from factory appliance is to make sure they give you an itemize list of prices including delivery and installation. They have changed their prices on me several times until my cost is $ 1000 more than the original bid. I have had to hire a private installer twice, once because I had the wrong parts, a second time because I need the right part installed, and they raised the price on me $ 700 between delivery and installation.
Communication has been a nightmare, I have had to deal with up to the district manager level and things still do not get resolved. It feels like it is being run like a used car lot.

Excellent experience. Sales guy (Linc Howell) was helpful without being pushy. I didn’t originally purchase in my first visit, but after doing some comparison shopping I found Appliance Factory to have the best price and I liked my sales person. I even went to another Appliance Factory location, but went back to this one because I preferred Linc over the other guy.
I wish they offered free delivery and install like the Big Box stores. Regardless, I am extremely happy with my new gas range!
