We use this company every year. They are trustworthy and do a thorough job every time. We’ve tried other pest services in Denver but once we found Anchor we haven’t tried anyone else!

I have used Anchor on several occasions and will use them again. The most noteworthy was when I had moths from a rug I acquired. That used rug brought them into my house. Before I knew it, my house had moths, a valuable oriental rug was being damaged, etc — not easy to get rid of. Anchor got me onto their schedule and showed up on time, and let me know how to prepare (what needed to be moved, what to inspect more closely, etc.). They treated my house and followed up later to confirm that things were ok. I had to remove some things and have my rugs cleaned, which is par for the course with moths. No problems since.
They also serviced my parents house for yellow jackets /​wasps that had made some nests in various places at their house. Again, the Anchor techs were courteous, on time and did a good job with good results.

They came twice and I still have bed bugs. Took every step possible on my end, had all of my clothes cleaned at an industrial laundromat, threw away matress and sofa, and throughly cleaned everything else. I’m out thousands of dollars because these guys can’t deliver.

Friendly, effective service without a contract.
I’m fine with trapping a mouse or two within a 2-​month span, but when those little suckers start breeding, it’s best to get the problem taken care of by a professional.
I called «The Orkin Man» first. They wanted to charge me $ 250 for an initial visit and lock me into a year-​long contract at $ 50 a month. I just needed someone to come out and fix the problem.
Anchor Pest Control did just that. The service guy located where the mice were getting in, sealed up the openings, and set traps. I also had some wasp nests outside that he took care of. Problem solved… and it didn’t cost me a fortune.

I have a bed bug infestation in my apt. When this happens, your landlord has to be the one to take care of the problem (you are liable if you spray in rented housing and they come back, someone has a baby with 3 legs since you used DDT, etc.).
I’m pretty sure our landlord went with the cheapest — Anchor, $ 75 (particularly since he wants us to pay for any treatments after the first spray).
Well, the exterminator showed up, sprayed for about 5 – 10 minutes and guess what? We still have bed bugs. $ 75 for some spray and 10 minutes of your time? I gotta get into that business!
Terminex cost a friend $ 350, but at least they guarantee their work. Also check to see if there is a bed bug sniffing dog in your area (srsly) cos apparently they’re pretty kick-​ass. Just don’t go with Anchor. What a load of shit their «service» is. Pretty much designed to necessitate repeat treatments while you pay more and more for laundry, blood transfusions, etc.
