It was my first time here, and I was amazed. They had complimentary wine and beer. I of course had four glasses of Chardonnay. It was delicious. If you didn’t like their free wine/beer you could order some too(for a price of course). I also brought my laptop and they had complimentary wifi. The wifi there was actually really good! No hiccups, no super slow service. It worked flawlessly. The only drawback from this place was the bartender wasn’t super friendly or peppy. She reminded me of a gruff biker bartender. Also, they didn’t have showers or beds. Other than that, it was a pretty good visit there.

Heres the thing, this Admirals Club is way smaller then other AA lounges. As a result, the agents don’t appear to be as well trained as others! Wife and I had a cancellation then a missed connection. The agent that was working the front desk was only able to rebook us in coach, even though there was plenty of business class seats available throughout the day(paid Biz /First Ticket). After speaking with the ExP desk, I got the issue resolved much more quickly then I could have at the club. Besides that, this club has a good selection of craft beer. I drank a few Odell IPA and they were quite tasty. Tip: No amenities such as showers here. This club is really only good for a short stay.

Pleasant, comfortable break from the hustle and bustle of flying. Generous complimentary cheeses, olives, cookies and soup; top notch hot drinks. Seems spacious enough with lots of power outlets.

This is a nicer Ad Club… Lovely Tomatoe Basil soup. Selection of cheese cubes and crackers, yogurts. Fresh veggies with Ranch dressing. Plus the usual snacks, cookies, hot and cold beverages. The usual very pleasant staff. A bit in the small side. But we found a comfortable stop. Wifi was very good

Smiling faces and service! The folks working the Admirals Club are some of the best in the system. They have a warm smile as you walk down the hallway to go through the glass doors, and make you feel welcome from that moment on. The chairs are comfortable and the power outlets are generous. I’d recommend stopping by for a quiet space away from the hustle and bustle(and annoying announcements) of the general terminal. Have some free drinks and snacks, take advantage of powerful Wifi, and relax either before or after your flight.

Take tram to Gate A and follow the signs — Denver makes it easy to findVery friendly staff. It is definitely the smallest one that I have visited. The soup was warm and yummy. The restrooms are out the door and down a bit — not sure why that is…

Weak for an Admirals Club, but better than nothing. Staff at every friendly. They need to learn from the Centurion Lounges.

Very nice staff, decently sized and with the usual food/drinks offered in every AA Admirals club(crudite, cookies, coffee, bottom shelf liquor). The Denver Admiral’s club is nice, not Centurion Lounge nice, but nice. The restrooms are outside of the club(odd, I know) and is essentially shared with the USO lounge.

Very nice staff; easy, quiet, responsive, friendly, and genuine. I got thee after an international flight had been delayed. It looked like a frat party. The staff stayed busy helping us, while also cleaning behind the mass of people that left. Had a great Salmon salad, watched a movie, had cocktails and a cookie. Granted I was delayed 6 hours, so it was easy to enjoy my visit. The facilities and staff were great.

This place should be ashamed. I travel US Airways all the time and even when I travel domestic I like to use the club and pay for a day pass. They would not let me purchase a day pass because they were«too full». So despite my first class ticket and being willing to pay, I was not allowed to do so. What a joke!

They have a little kids area with separate seating and toys/books and a computer with games and a TV(it wasn’t on). Very nice to go here with kids and no one seemed bothered by us. Decent snacks and Coke products for free and options to purchase some food. All in all a great option before a flight.

I visit quite a few Admirals clubs(ok, maybe I’ve been to about all of them!) and this is one of the best. The location is perfect — just right at the other end of the terminal a bridge so that you can hit the small security checkpoint instead of going through the big one. Very convenient even if you are flying other airlines. The club is medium size, but the layout is nice — small enclaves if you want a little more privacy, but a largish lounge area if you want to be social. The thing that makes this club most special is the staff. I have been here multiple times and ALWAYS have been treated well. Nowhere will you find people more willing to call gates, operations, or anyone else necessary to make sure that your trip is a smooth one. I can’t say enough good things about them! In an era of deteriorating service in the travel industry, this club is a welcome respite!

What a nice way to relax before a flight. The white wine on the complimentary list is nothing to scoff at and the snacks, which not the most healthful or diverse, are of a good quality and are in good supply. One of the major pluses is that there are outlets everywhere for your laptop or other peripherals(including cellie’s etc) and the seats are well spaced out and comfortable with table tops available almost everywhere. Quiet, close to all American flights — great way to get over the mess that is security and get your head in the right place for the rest of your trip.

Not real large and closes early but a comfortable place to work or chill if you have a few hours to kill between flights.

They closed early. And it sucks. Can not even use the bathroom. I want my money back

It all starts with a first impression. The staff at the check-in desk were friendly and helpful. Margaret behind the bar was wonderful; engaging, funny, and on top of things! The facility was clean and in great condition with plenty of free beverage options and snack options, healthy and junk food. The food for purchase options were very decent as well. The chicken enchilada soup was really good. The only negative, and even this wasn’t enough to keep me from giving it 5 stars, was that it can be confusing getting in the first time you’re there because its lumped in with USO and British Airways lounges.

Mary at the front desk is SONICE! Self-serving fountains, the standard well drinks, croissants and danishes in the morning, cookies in the afternoon, fruits, OJ, coffee/latte/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine, you know the deal, plenty of outlets to charge your electronics. One complaint is that the bathroom is outside.

It’s a slim downed version of other American Airlines Admiral’s Club’s(AAAC) out there. Pro’s, their cappuccino machine saved my life and my money. The menu is lacking. Complimentary drinks, always a plus. All the soda you can drink, also great. Fox news on TV,(if that’s what you’re into). Delta still has the industry beat with their Sky Clubs, they are better in service and everything else. My biggest complaint for this place was, I sat in AAAC for about 4 hours, reading, surfing the net, tv etc. The entire time I sat there beer glasses, napkins, trash, coffee cups, newspapers, etc. were never picked up. Not the kind of service I would expect. The cleanliness was severely lacking. If you’re military, skip the AAAC and head to the USO right next door.

A small, quiet Admirals Club in DEN. Pros: — Self-serve soda machine. Usually you have to ask the bartender for a simple soda drink, of which makes me feel obligated to tip them. — Self-serve coffee machine: espresso and drip coffee dispensed. — Clean furniture and lounge facilities. — Practical laptop tables for use when sitting in lounge chairs. — Friendly staff. Front desk lady gave me a full explanation of where features were located in the lounge upon learning it was my first time there. Neither good nor bad: — Lounge was small, but not many people frequented the Admirals Club compared to LAX and DFW airports. I’m satisfied with there just being a club here at DEN. Many airports with smaller AA footprint don’t have an Admirals Club for its flyers. Cons: — Restrooms are located outside of the lounge. Not very convenient. — Far walk from the gate, depending on which gate you are. 3 stars.

Helpful and friendly staff make up for the lack of conveniences like showers, in-lounge bathroom, consistent wifi, and space. .. but not entirely. As my sweet but very practical grandmother used to say, «Nice will only get you so far in life, David.» For Mr. Admiral it gets him 3 stars.
