We offer medical grade treatments and products in a relaxed medical spa atmosphere. Customized services include Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Latisse, Permanent Cosmetics, Dermaplaning, Micro-​needling, Lira and IMAGE Skincare products, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Facial Waxing and Eyelash Tinting.

Injections and Permanent Makeup are provided Ali McCoy Stengel, a Registered Nurse and certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector, who has specialized in facial injections since 2009. Ali is also a Licensed Medical Aesthetician with 13 years permanent makeup experience and 15 years cosmetic makeup art experience.

The mission at Always Beautiful Medspa is to present precise treatment options in cosmetic therapies, offer professional medical aesthetic services with personalized consideration and communication, provide thorough client education, and accurately deliver anticipated results. We want to make sure that each client has a great experience!

History

Established in 2002.

Always Beautiful Medspa was established in 2002 offering Permanent Cosmetics and has expanded to full medical skincare and aesthetic medical treatments over the last 14 years. Always Beautiful Medspa has grown from it’s founder, Ali McCoy Stengel, renting space throughout several salons and medical offices throughout the Denver Metro area to now having its home office located in Aurora Southlands since 2008. Currently, Always Beautiful Medspa has a satellite location in south Denver and will continue to provide services in the Denver area.

Business Owner

Ali McCoy Stengel is a Registered Nurse and certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector who has specialized in facial injections since 2009. Ali is also a licensed Paramedical Aesthetician with 13 years permanent makeup experience and 15 years cosmetic makeup art experience. Ali’s father was a permanent cosmetics trainer in Alabama whom she received her initial apprenticeship and then attended the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics in Dallas, TX in 2002. Ali spent years as a registered nurse specializing in aesthetic procedures in a plastic surgeon’s office as well as skilled nursing units throughout the Denver Metro area. Her career goal has always been to have her own aesthetic medical practice that focuses on making individuals feel better when they look in the mirror every day. Always Beautiful Medspa is that place!

I had permanent eyebrows applied a little over 1 year ago, and to this day it’s the best money I’ve ever spent! Never again do I have to fuss in the morning drawing in my eyebrows or sweating them off at the gym lol! The women here are understanding of one’s hesitations and always listening to the smallest detail. Do yourself a favor and purchase something, anything from here! I promise you won’t be disappointed

I had my eyebrows and top eyeliner done. I am completely happy with the eyebrow color and shape. And, I get tons of compliments on them. I had a little more trouble with my eyeliner and had to go in for some touch-​ups but am confident that Ali will work with me to get those to the point where I feel 100% satisfied with them as well. After living with the color of my eyeliner, I am even considering going in before the year’s end to darken the lines… And Always Beautiful’s policy makes it easy and affordable for me to do that.
Ali is personable, knowledgable, professional and makes the whole procedure easy and stress-​free. I appreciate how easy the website is to use and the examples /​pictures so users can see what all the spa has to offer. Ali is so talented and amazing, wish I had found her sooner! I always wanted to have permanent eyeliner but was afraid of pain and potentially severe or unnatural looking results. Ali was able to apply the eyeliner without ANY pain. The results are beautiful and natural looking. Being a blonde, my eyes were non-​existent without eyeliner and I was never comfortable leaving the house without applying makeup. Now, a little mascara and I’m out the door! If you are on the fence about this procedure, I would do it! Ali listens carefully during the consultation and has the skill and talent to create what was discussed. Ali is so talented. She is very welcoming, and very attentive to your desires. She also gives great advice, so that you get the best result possible. She has been doing Juvederm on my naso-​labial folds and smile lines, and she also did my permanent eyebrows, which look SO beautiful and natural.
