We were exhibiting at a conference in Denver… my colleagues arrived to the event and our printer forgot to ship the collateral. I had to think fast! I contacted Art at Alpha Graphics and asked him if he could print and deliver 200 postcards and 40 booklets to our events within about 2 hours. He has everything done and hand delivered everything himself to my colleagues in record time. I would use this company again and again, and even being on the east coast, would consider using them as our main printer.

I had Alphagraphics publish my book. They were friendly, reliable and had the book printed on time and on budget. Two weeks later I was back, after selling all my books, to print more. Once again, they were reliable and efficient. I intend to use them on my next edition.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE–
Couldn’t even get to sample the products because the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO TERRIBLE.
My Partner went in earlier this week to get a price for an invitation. The gentleman, Art, told my partner he would put together a quote and send the next morning. 2 days later, we had heard nothing. I called to follow up and spoke to Art who seemed to be having some sort of stroke because he was confused and couldn’t remember anything I was talking about. I called my partner back and confirmed the details then called back. Art continued to demand that he didn’t really have anything and then began to say «we don’t do low end stuff»… talk about insulting! If Alpha Graphics thinks they can treat people this way and continue with business, they are SOLEY mistaken. Poor form!
