When I went to Metro I used to come to campus an hour or two early, just so I could get my turkey wrap or salad and enjoy it in one of the study rooms in the Tivoli. Alfresco Greens is so dang yummy, service is always friendly and it’s a good alternative to Taco Bell etc. Miss eating here!

Best food in the Tivoli!
Fresh salads, very cheap. They are located in the basement of the Tivoli building on the Auraria Campus. There are also seats outdoors.

I would be willing to come here more if the prices were just a little cheaper. $ 7 for a salad seems a little steep to me. Though I do appreciate the customer service which seems to always be spot on and exponentially better then the subway next-​door. I love serve yourself options because it allows you to get exactly what you want.

I came to eat here between classes a few weeks back and while the food itself was okay, I was majorly turned off by «Tony» and his attitude towards his employees. He was incredibly rude and condescending. He was perfectly nice towards us customers, but he was bordering on verbally abusive to to the girl that was working there.
I will not be back– having a manager speak to their employees that way is incredibly unprofessional. If he acts like that with customers around, I don’t even want to begin to think the abuse that the nice folks who usually work here have to deal with.

Food choices are limited in the Tivoli (Auraria Campus). For $ 7 you get a large bowl with 30+ salad toppings. Their wraps are pretty good too.
