These guys called one hour before their scheduled arrival time on a Sunday afternoon and said they weren’t going to make it because it was hot and they were tired. They had absolutely nothing concern whatsoever about us and that every belonging we had was packed in boxes, our beds were broken down, and it was our only day off to make this move. I was appalled at their lack of customer service and my only recommendation would be that you look elsewhere for movers. You cannot depend on Aero.

If you have all day to wait around for movers to arrive and enjoy paying hidden fees then Aero Movers is the company for you! I scheduled Aero Movers for 9AM and they didn’t arrive until 3:45PM. Also, they boast no hidden fees yet the price I was given nearly doubled when I was charged a «stair fee», a «weekend fee» and an «extra man fee». Lastly, the owner, Ray, insisted that I give him cash before they would even begin moving furniture. The crew did a fine job moving my things but I would not recommend using this company based on their dishonest business practices and lack of reliability.

What a great experience! Ray and John made my move so easy. They were very quick and efficient. Every piece they handled was cared for as if it were their own. Highly recommended these guys for your move.
