Advanced Stucco Design Inc. Specializes in correct installations and repairs of stucco E.I.F.S. and stone. Most of our employees have been through specialized training, such manufacture work shops and AWCI E.I.F.S doing it Right programs. Our employees have been working with Architects and Engineers for years. Eric Royston & Kevin Schafer have also completed Exterior Design Institutes Inspector/​Moisture Analyst/​Quality Control/​Building Envelope II class as well as AWCI industry professional class. We have completed thousand of repair projects ranging from wood peckers repairs to full removal and replacement of entire buildings. Our goal is to give the customer a great experience a clean & safe project that that will perform as the manufacture designed to for years to come.

History

Established in 2002.

Advanced Stucco Design was formed in June 2002 after Eric Royston left first choice stucco that he founded in 1993.

We do new construction, residential commercial, EIFS Stucco interior plaster Venetian plaster, Brick, Block, Stone, and sealants.

Eric Royston has been through Exterior design institute building envelope inspection class as well AWCI industry professional classes.

All of our forman have also attended AWCI EIFS doing right classes, as well as osha classes and manufacture installation classes.

has been here since 2002 and runs all the crews. he has been a plasterer for 16 years. hes been thru osha 10 hours class osha scaffold training class as well as AWCI eifs doing right classes.
