I wish I could give them no stars. They are inconsiderate assholes who don’t care. I get a notice on my door a day and a half before they are going to come in and pesticide our apartments for bed bugs and roaches. I am pregnant so I had to call them and ask them how long am I gonna need to be out my home in order for them to spray because if I didn’t agree it would lead to an eviction. I was told that I have to leave my apt after they spray for two hours since I am pregnant but only reason they said that is because I told them if i get sick and it causes harm for me or my unborn baby I was going to sue them. They also told me my pets will be fine just leave them in a bedroom in a crate I said I only have a one Bedroom and that’s where you guys are spraying she told me to leave the pets in the same room they spray. Ummmm maybe they don’t care if my pets get sick but I do I’m not leaving my pets in the room for them to spray and let my dogs inhale the fumes. They are complete idiots and after mine and my boyfriend lease is up we are not working with them no more. They shouldn’t even be running a business since they don’t know how too, they don’t return voicemails that are left, unless your all to rent from them. They only have contact with you when your rent is late and that’s to put a notice on the door otherwise they don’t care.

This is by far the worst management company the people who work there are disgusting scathing insensitive unprofessional and absolutely terrible don’t ever buy or rent anything from this company ever ever. they do absolutely nothing they go into your apartment without even giving you notice and when you tell them or ask them why they don’t even care they said that’s not a problem. They suck 100% their manager Jason is a jackass and a pure example of what mediocre is.

I don’t even know where to begin, this is by far the worst place I have ever lived! This company is heartless and the most disgusting place I have ever rented with. I was a prior resident and lived there, no late payments, in fact I was early monthly. I was a resident whom never had any issues with anything except, roaches!!! Tons of them, I am a collage graduate, pre-​med. I am truly disgusted with this company. In fact the only person I ever had a positive dealing with was a girl who worked her butt off. Debi, I felt like honestly she was the only one who ever worked there. They treated her poorly, per my observation, when I was in the office signing my renewal of which was solely because she delivered and I didn’t have the time to find a new place. Until of course now! These people who are the owners of the company are a joke! They will lie to your face and not lose any sleep over it. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere, do not rent from them as they truly don’t care and anyone worth dealing with will leave or get fired because they are not corrupt! Look at all of the reviews and please, please be smart as I looked past the reviews and thought these were just people who were evicted because they deserved to be. In fact that is not the case at all, they are a highly un professional group of people! Oh and as I stated above, I paid my rent early, I got a 3-​day demand for rent! I called and was told Gina, the office manager made a mistake!!! What is that about? I was forced to take time that I didn’t have to supply proof of my payment! Disgusting, they are the worst management company that I have ever had contact with!!!
