A Touch Above Window Tint

I have had three cars tinted here. Every time, I have been totally satisfied.
In January 2016, I had my last car tinted here. After the tint, I noticed a minor scratch in the film. Within days, I took the car in for them to take a look. They looked at the window and immediately agreed to redo the tint. That kind of customer service is appreciated.
I would highly recommend them to others!

I have been using A Touch Above for my window tint and clear bra car needs for over five years. All of my cars were handled with the utmost care and the tint and clear bras are nothing short of perfect every time. I have trusted them with my Mercedes AMG, GTR and my 911turbo. I have also had all of my daily driver cars done over the years by them as well. The AMG was the first one done five years ago and there isn’t a hint of any bubbling or peeling. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate on having them do any of my future cars.

You people that complain are idiots these people have tinted over 10 cars over ten years for us!!! They are down to earth people trying like all of us to survive and have a good life. Auto trim wants $ 275 to tint a 2014 fusion here it’s $ 230 help keep local businesses alive its AUTO TINT !!! Chill out treat people and businesses right they treat you right yelling and screaming to get your way get treated like a kid time out!!! Sugar not salt!!! Respect and kindness their prices are spot on for the industry and are Great people and businesses owners!!!

THEY CALLED THE COPS ON ME! lol. After leaving with my brand new, week old car I noted 4 sets of scratches on my car. I called and talked to the lady, she told me all the reasons they could not have dont it but asked me to bring my car back to look at it. I asked why should I bring it back if your already dismissing my complaint. She became rude and insisted I bring it to look at… so I did. Mind you… I never cursed, made a threat or yelled. I was frustrated. .who wouldnt be? When I arrived I was greeted my 5 Thornton police officers! They said she felt threatened and wanted to observe the altercation. She sent her husband (the tinter) out and proceeded to tell me all the reasons he could not have scratched my car. Like I said… whats the point of me coming down if your just going to make excuses? The guy was high or something too. His yellow glossed over eyes mumbling his words made me realize I was going nowhere with them. After he told me he was the best window tinter in the state… i called him an F’ing joke of a tinter and left. As I left more cops were showing up too… DONT GO HERE unless you drive a junker and dont complain about a service issue.

I contacted them today to request they pay for the removal of the adhesive and they refused. She said I should have called her, I told her I did call her 3 times on Saturday and left 2 voicemails. She is stating I did not leave any voicemails. I said I would bring by the bill for the adhesive removal on Tuesday next week and we can discuss it further then, but instead she said they wont pay and then she hung up on me.
Once again proving what great customer service this place has, please avoid them for any car needs.

I’ve lost count of the number of cars I’ve had them do tint on, and even more cars that I’ve referred to them. Always top notch work at a reasonable price.
For the record, Unilocal says they are open on Sundays. They are not open Sunday.
