Repeat of many of the complaints. I have been washing all 4 cars here since they opened and never had an issue. This week the rear view mirror on my truck was damaged and they refused to fix it. Did some background investigation on the owner and this is typical for him. Go elsewhere. (BTW they make $ 400 a month off loose change in the free vacuum system.)

I showed up about 20 minutes before closing. I vacuumed my car first since it appeared all of the trash and were being pulled inside. The entire time, the staff watched me through the window. I finally went to go through the car wash, 15 minutes before closing, and cones were in front of the entrance. They were finally moved and the employees looked less than thrilled.
On the way home I kept hearing an odd sound but thought nothing of it. I got home and got out — two of the giant blue felt like cleaners were wrapped around my side view mirror. They had beat me car to hell. I went back to the car wash the next day, but no one seemed to be able to find a manager. They refused to help since I did not have a receipt. Now, my car is DAMAGED. Fantastic way to do business. I will NEVER be back.

I really wish I could give this place no stars!!! They destroy your car and blame it on you! The «manager» here is a f***** idiot and the employees are lazy (you would think they wouldn’t be because they don’t have much to do)!!! The piece of **** car wash snapped my back windshield wiper off, has scratched my hub caps from rocking back and forth and not being properly on track, scratched & dented my car and knocked a rear panel out of place! The lady behind me driver’s side tire was destroyed and the lady behind her hit her car!!! And they do nothing to fix it! F*** this car wash! Wash your car yourself!

This place is pretty new.
If you let bird droppings stick to your car a long time, some very little may remain and you have to clean it off. I guess that’s because they don’t use too strong water pressure to avoid damaging the paint. Overall, my car is clean most of the time.
