I was out of town and our air conditioning system went out. My wife called Strittmatter and they were booked out for the next four days. However, since we are members of the family savings club, they moved up on the list and came out later that afternoon of the same day.
They installed a temporary system to keep our home comfortable and also offered us a special deal on replacing our system. We checked prices with two other contractors and neither could match the deal we were offered. They replaced our system and have not had another problem.

Eddie was the third plumber I managed to reach in my frantic search for plumbers who were willing to come out to my house on a Saturday morning to first and foremost cap a leaking gas connection so that the gas company could turn on the gas connection back on to my house. This was the immediate need and even with outside temperatures approaching 35 F the night before, you would be surprised just how many so called «24 hour» plumbing companies did not have any «available» appointments to schedule a Saturday service and were willing to be «help» me out by offering a Monday service.
Eddie was not willing to schedule an immediate appointment but also explained the immediate and the future things necessary to fix the leak for good. He came out on Saturday morning as promised, capped the leaking connection and also managed to give me a reasonable quote of what it take to replace the connection. Sure enough, the gas connection was restored shortly after he came and also made sure that the leaky gas connection as also fixed to my satisfaction and the city’s shortly afterwards.
I have to say, Strittmatter Plumbing as a company rightly deserve their great reputation in no small part due to excellent service provided by employees like Eddie.

My air conditioning went out and it was 89 degrees in the house and we called and they were able to come out within 30 mins. They found the problem and fixed it within an hour. Fair prices, great service! ! We will use them again!
