Smith Landing PhotoBooth

I have previously given this vendor two stars. My main issue and complaint was that they shut down the photo booth for no reason. However, I was informed that my husband signed a new contract, that I did not see, in which the photo-​booth was in fact supposed to be shut down for an hour. This is clearly a mistake on our end and not a mistake on the vendor.
They were very professional about informing me about my mistake. I previously wrote a bad review for them on Unilocal,not knowing that a new contract was signed with new time changes. I really appreciate a company that can be professional even through misunderstandings. I feel horrible about the mistake on my end, and they made sure to stay professional yet straightforward about my mistake. I really appreciate a company that can do that.
I highly recommend this vendor if you are looking for a photo booth service for an event. They are quick in responding to any concerns or questions you have about their services. I also received the digital versions of the photos via an online gallery through my email. They are reliable in regards to any communication needs.
Their booths are clean and look brand new as I mentioned before. So if you are having a wedding, you can be certain that you will have new equipment in your venue. Their machines are very clean cut and classy so no need to be concerned about how they will look in your wedding space.
