Our condenser went out on a very hot July day and we needed a whole new outdoor unit FAST. I called several places in Denton for quotes and Oasis offered both the best price (by a long shot) and the best availability. These people truly care about what they do and the customers they serve. During their busiest time of year, I received same day service and they had all necessary parts on hand so no waiting for orders from suppliers (as most other HVAC companies do). I will continue to call Oasis any time I need servicing and I will recommend them to everyone I know– that’s how pleased I am with their service!

We Called at 8am the receptionist they were booked for the day but they could get us the next day. The Owner was in the back ground and He squeezed us in. 40 mins later the OWNER rang the bell and fixed our unit. He said if I did fix the problem just call me and I will come back at NO charge. One hour later it was freezing cold in here. This a Family Business and they are awesome.
