Our lead attorney, James Horton, has more than two decades of experience handling cases across north Texas. James is a specialist in criminal law, as certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has handled hundreds of jury trials throughout the state, and is ready to help you obtain results.

Attorney David A. Lowrance has been representing clients in criminal defense, family law and civil litigation matters for over 25 years. He is also an experienced litigator, frequently appearing in the courtroom in complex cases. David also has worked as a police officer, and he knows how law enforcement approaches cases in their early stages.

Jim has over 36 years of legal experience, and focuses his practice on helping clients throughout Denton, Tarrant, Dallas, Wise, Collin, and Cooke Counties of Texas in criminal defense and family law matters, as well as personal Injury, wrongful death, and estate planning and probate. Jim is a Specialist in Criminal Law, as certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and has tried more than 200 jury trials and more than 400 bench trials, experience that has earned him a reputation throughout North Texas as an effective trial lawyers. Jim has been selected to the 2015 list as a member of the Nation’s Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
