Green Valley Beam & Truss Co. specializes in the production of hand-​hewn faux wood beams & trusses. Our beams are each individually hand made, distressed, and finished with one of our many custom colors. Our truss designs are custom and unique. Our beams are light weight, non-​load bearing, and can be installed at any phase of construction. We also build custom mantles and corbels.

History

Established in 2002.

Paul Whitlock, Owner and President of GVBTC, has been in the wood distressing/​finishing business for over 30 years. In 2002, he expanded his trade and love for wood by creating unique faux wood beams that have acquired the warmth and character of real wood beams.

Manager

Kaitlin Brown, Office Manager/​Sales & Marketing Associate of GVBTC, is a student at the University of North Texas where she plans to graduate with her MBA. Kaitlin joined the GVBTC team nearly a year ago and has concentrated solely on marketing the business’ products. Kaitlin graduated from Aubrey High School in May of 2011 and later graduated in December of 2012 with an Associates of Applied Science.
