Daniel Peugh served as Chief Juvenile Prosecutor for the Denton County Criminal District Attorney’s Office from 2000 –2002, as Chief Misdemeanor Prosecutor for the Denton County Criminal District Attorney’s Office from 1999 — 2000, and was a Founding Partner in Tackett & Peugh, LP, serving as a Criminal Defense Attorney for Tackett & Peugh, LP from 2002 — 2009. He then founded The Peugh Law Firm in 2009 and currently practices Criminal and Juvenile law.
