Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. Clean store, Clean restrooms.

Nice staff. Always friendly and helpful. Usually a nice spot to stop by and grab some coffee or tea while at the mall.
They serve Starbucks coffee and still carry tazo tea which Starbucks doesn’t anymore.
They also have Cheesecake Factory cheesecake and various other pastries.
It’s sort of random but they have soup and sandwiches too. Never tried those but thought I might note it.

I haven’t been to this location in a while since I don’t live in Denton County anymore. This location has always been a little bit crowded, but it felt even more so during this visit. They seem to be trying to jam even more product into a limited amount of space making things kind of claustrophobic. On the plus side, the parking lot has been expanded a bit on one side in front of the B&N entrance so there are far more available spots.
