Called and tried to get someone to come tow my car to the dealership here in town. The lady who answers tells me it’s going to be an hour and a half wait. That’s fine with me, not like I could go anywhere. I tell her that’s okay and she persists, «It’s going to be and hour and a half, two hours. Is that okay?» Again, that’s okay. It was a cheap option so I didn’t care. But then she goes, «Are you sure you don’t want to look anywhere else?» My guess is they were swamped and didn’t want to add to their workload, or maybe just didn’t want my business at all, but damn lady, just tell me you don’t have someone who could do it today instead of making me feel like I’m bothering you. I called EJ’s towing instead and for $ 5 more (A plus was $ 60) I have someone on the way already.
