Creative & Classic Cuisine in the charm of a 200 year old barn featuring fresh, local ingredients. Produce from Not Enough Acres Farm in East Dennis, local fish from Chatham Fish, oysters from Barnstable Seafarm. All stocks and sauces made in house. Fireside dining from October through April. Dinner nightly from April until October, closed Mondays October to April.
History
Established in 1977.
Located in a ship’s chandlery originally on Corporation Beach the main dining room was moved to it’s present location at the end of the 1800’s to be used a s a carraige house for Sea Captain Calvin Howes. The porch was converted into the Garden Room. With wide board pine floors and exposed beams the dining room has a true feeling of Cape Cod.

Together with my husband Bill, who is the master mind and Chef, we have owned and operated the Red Pheasant for over 30 years! I run the Dining Room and he runs the kitchen. We are a small family business with loyal employees and great food. We buy locally and sustainably and take a lot of care with the little details of running our business.
