Last week was our first stay and we loved it! Clean units and excellent location! The beach is yards away, directly across the street and the heated pool is a bonus! Jackie, the property manager, couldn’t be more helpful. She is on-​site and keeps things running smoothly so that ‘all’ guests can enjoy themselves. There is a 4 person occupancy limit via the town of Dennis which keeps guests from having several families in one unit. It was wonderfully quiet the week we were there but that might change once the season progresses. There were mostly couples but several families with young children who were all well-​behaved and enjoyed the pool daily. The pool is super clean and overlooks the Natucket Sound. This a clean, affordable option with an amazing location and the fact that restaurants are just 1 – 2 miles away makes it super easy.

Keep in mind that the condo allows 4 people in unit no exceptions. This meant that I got in trouble for letting a person who drove me use a bathroom. The manager follows your car down the driveway and actually counts how many people get our of a car. Creepy.
I got ‘banned’ when my husband came to visit (he lived in a hotel and came into the unit for a quick change).
So if you rent here keep in mind that if your make friends in Dennisport you will be followed by a creepy old lady who with yell and embarrass you.
What another person said about the floating toys is also true. The pool is mostly deep so your non-​swimmers will be confined to a tiny corner of the pool.

Clean, comfortable and affordable. The beach is directly across the street and the heated pool is refreshing. All one bed units with additional sleeping accomodations for 2 in the living room. Professionally managed, and worth the rest and relaxation!
