Meet the Manager

Don and Debbie H.

Manager

Don Hail is a National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 30 years experience.

Don has worked with large clinical audiology practices, has owned and helped establish private hearing aid retail centers around the USA for many Dispensers. Don is married to his high school sweetheart, Debbie. Debbie is the Operations & Finance Manager for Texas Hearing. Don and Debbie met in their early teenage years. After high school graduation they moved to different parts of the country and were apart for over 30 years. In 2009, they each joined Facebook and reconnected that summer. They were married December 31, 2011. Adam Summers, Debbie’s son, is the Public Relations Manager.
