Delta Pizza

We live nearby and know how tough it is out here. That’s the only reason I gave them 2 stars. Call it rural comraderie. The pizza sucks beneath your lowest possible expectations and predictably so. Alas, we got pizza there for take-​out maybe 6 or 8 times and tried to eat in once but only out of absolute desperation. But never again. Try Amici’s instead. They’re far from perfect but at least a star or two better than Delta (gag) Pizza.

A great little pizza shop, has a restaurant and a convenience store in one. The medium pizza for 8 $ was pretty big, definitely a good deal. The owner was super nice too. They do have a soda machine (must be a new addition, according to a previous reviewer) and a lot of menu options. I’d have given the 5 stars, but they gave me the wrong change and shorted me 20 $ and I didn’t notice until it was too late

The family and I stopped into this place because, I was starving and in dire need of pizza! We are not from this town and did not know the pizza was going to be.
We ordered the special which was two large pizzas with one topping for $ 15. When our waitress brought our pizza to the table I was seriously surprised about how large it really was. There were seven of us in our party and we all have quiet healthy appetites and we were not able to finish all the pizza! What a deal!
The pizza was hot, saucy and the cheese was nice and gooey; all the good things you want in a pizza. The sauce was nice and garlicky too! Yum!
My sister ordered the antipasto salad and it came in the huge bowl. It was enough for two people. As hard as she tried she could not finish it.
The deal breaker was the fact that they did not have a soda fountain so, if you wanted a soda you had to get one out of the cooler. Not only were they out of water but, they were all out of any soda without caffeine and they didn’t have anything diet at all. I ended up with tap water which you might want to skip!
So…pizza great, soda situation not so great. I would go there again if I am in town! It was well worth a repeat visit.
