Vince Canning Shoes

In March 2016 I purchased a handbag for approx $ 45. The lining reads «Mellow World». It’s tag reads Made in China. Cute black bag with ribbon effects in different colors. This bag came in many other colors. Once home I put it away for a European Trip this Sept. I decided to use the bag beforehand and found it stunk like a dead fish (⁵⁄₂₀₁₆) I tried to deodorize it but to no avail. I brought the bag back to the store. The only recourse offered was they would deodorize it, but no store credit, nothing. The bag is still being sold and they all stink to some degree. Buyer beware. Needless to say I won’t be back and I’ll share my unpleasant experience with my friends. I’ll stick with stores who take pride in what the sell.

I bought my first pair of shoes from this shoe store 8 days ago. Unfortunately the shoe caused serious issues to the back of my ankles they were torn up bruised/​swollen and so I took the shoes back (their receipt was a bit deceptive as far as their return policy on their sale items) and because I could show them my swollen ankles and the horrible injury to my ankles I thought for sure they would make a management call and reimburse me my $ 50 despite any return policy anyways… the remark I got was «it was a final sale and just buy large bandages and place them on the back of your ankles till you break them in!!!» It was all about them not about me! I thought under these dire circumstances they would gladly take care of me and return the shoes with apologies of «I am sorry this happened to you yadda yadda» but there was no «I am sorry» just «well we cant get reimbursed by the vendor» it truly was all about them!!! So needless to say they offered to stretch the back of the shoe and put in a piece of moleskin and gave me my shoes back. What shitty customer service is that!!! They charge ridiculous prices to begin with and then stick you with horrid customer service… DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THEM!!!
